To delete your VUVO account, fill out the form below. We will verify the request against the account's phone number and complete the deletion within 14 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
What gets deleted: your profile, saved addresses, and personal details. Records we are legally required to keep — completed orders, inspection reports (Bills of Lading), and payment records — are retained for the period required by law and then removed.
Deletion is permanent. If you have an active shipment, we'll complete or cancel it first — deletion starts after the order is closed.
Request received. We'll confirm by SMS or email and complete the deletion within 14 days. If anything is unclear, we'll reach out at the phone number you provided.
